Notification of Delivery: We will notify the Buyer of the actual delivery date once the item has been shipped. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact information to ensure timely notifications.

Delivery Conditions: Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer during the purchase process. The Buyer must ensure that someone is present to receive the item at the designated delivery address.

Acceptance of Delivery: Upon delivery, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting the item for any visible damages or discrepancies. By accepting delivery, the Buyer acknowledges that the item has been received in satisfactory condition unless any issues are reported immediately at the time of delivery.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase from Mercado Auctions. That’s why we offer a 6-Month Limited Warranty/10,000 miles and a 14-Day reject or refund policy for all assets sold on our platform, starting from the time you take possession.

During this period, you have the opportunity to thoroughly test the vehicle for up to 1,000 miles, or evaluate other assets for unlimited hours, and return or exchange it for any reason, no questions asked.

Please note that we are unable to accept a return if the vehicle or asset has been:

– Involved in an accident or damaged
– Modified or altered from its original delivered condition
– Used as collateral for a loan, also known as an encumbrance

In the event of a rejection, Mercado Auctions will promptly issue a full refund, with all refunds processed within 48-72 hours. Additionally, delivery charges are waived.
