For auctions held at a location designated by Mercado Auctions, we want to ensure complete clarity regarding the payment process for any machinery or vehicles successfully purchased through bidding.

Bid Now Option:

When you place a bid and are declared the highest bidder at the close of the auction, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase the listed item at the winning bid price.

Upon winning the auction, you will receive a confirmation of your successful bid along with the total price.

We encourage all bidders to familiarize themselves with our auction rules and policies. Prompt payment, coordination of delivery, and compliance with our inspection policy are critical to ensuring a smooth transaction.

Buy Now Option:

For those who prefer a more immediate purchase experience, we offer a "Buy Now" feature on select items. This option allows buyers to bypass the auction bidding process altogether and secure the item for a predetermined price.

When you select the "Buy Now" button, you agree to purchase the item at the listed price in accordance with our sales agreement.

Once you click "Buy Now," you will receive confirmation of your purchase along with payment instructions. Just like with the auction, it is important to complete the payment promptly to finalize the transaction.

Bid or Reserve the Vehicle

Join live auctions or reserve vehicles directly—whether it’s a car, RV, tractor, or boat.

Payment & Delivery

Complete your payment through our secure system and arrange delivery at your convenience.

14-Day Inspection Period

Once delivered, you have 14 days to inspect the vehicle. If it’s not as described, you can return or reject it with confidence.

To place a “Bid” or use “Buy Now,” simply register for a free Mercado Auctions membership—it’s quick and easy.

“Bid” or “Buy Now”

We’ve simplified the process to make it seamless for you.

When placing a “Bid” or using the “Buy Now” option, you should determine the maximum amount you’re willing to pay for the vehicle.
If your Offer wins, you will be required to complete the purchase.
If your offer does not win, your “Bid” or “Buy Now” will be canceled automatically.

Important: All “Bids” and “Buy Now” offers are final. When you place a bid and are declared the highest bidder at the close of the auction, you enter into a binding agreement to purchase the listed item at the winning bid price.

If you prefer to skip the bidding process entirely, you may choose the “Buy Now” option to secure the vehicle instantly at the listed price.

Failure to complete your purchase may result in cancellation of your transaction. If you do not intend to purchase, please do not place a “Bid” or “Buy Now” offer.

Finalizing the Sale: Payment & Shipping

Upon winning the auction, you will receive a confirmation of your successful bid along with the total price. It is important to review this information carefully and ensure you are aware of the payment method and timeline for completion.

Payment

Full payment is required within 48 hours of winning an auction.

Once you win an auction, you’ll receive an email with payment instructions, your invoice, and next steps.
Mercado Auctions only accepts payment via bank wire transfer.
Buyers must submit full payment within 24 hours of auction end. Our team is here to support you throughout the process.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery begins the next business day after payment confirmation.
Vehicles are shipped via enclosed trailers through our licensed and vetted carrier network.
Delivery takes 7–14 days, depending on location.
First 1,000 miles of delivery are complimentary. After that, standard delivery is $1 per additional mile.

Vehicle & Title Release

Vehicles and titles are only released once received and accepted by the buyer.
For remote transactions, Mercado Auctions will manage DMV paperwork and send the signed-over title via tracked courier service.

Refunds

In case of a rejection, a full refund (including delivery charges) will be issued.
Refunds are processed within 48–72 hours.
